Crawl Space Solutions
Control moisture to prevent other issues in your home.

Sometimes the phrase 'out of sight, out of mind' is a good thing, but not when it comes to moisture in your house or crawl space.
When water gets into your crawl space, it can cause mold and fungi to form and can even attract termites and other unwanted pests. Over time it could cause structural damage and issues that will be costly to repair or even prevent you from selling your home.
The best solution is to be proactive instead of reactive. Identifying the issues and what's causing them is the first step, then treating or correcting said issues, and finally going a step further to help prevent any new ones.

What we offer
Crawl Space Options
Vapor Barrier
A vapor barrier (or vapour barrier) is any material used for damp proofing, typically a plastic material, that resists diffusion of moisture through the wall, floor, ceiling, or roof assemblies of buildings to prevent interstitial condensation and of packaging.
We use a high-density, reinforced liner that covers the entire ground area, walls, and floor supports in your crawl space.
Automatic Foundation Vents
Automatic foundation vents are vents that automatically open or close as temperatures fluctuate in order to change the airflow inside a crawl space.
Mold/Fungus Control
A mold (US) or mould is a fungus that grows in the form of multicellular filaments called hyphae.
We use a mold cleaner to remove any existing mold followed by a mold inhibitor to prevent it from coming back.
